Summer Activities
During the summer months there are numerous activities for visitors including mountain climbing, fishing, golf, and horse riding and walking.
Local companies also organise trips in the mountains including mountain bike hire, white water rafting, canoeing and paragliding.
Ian Woosnam Design has teamed up with European Golf Course Design and Barage Complect (one of Bulgaria's leading property development companies) to design and build a brand new golf course in the Bansko area. Pirin Golf & Country Club has 2 golf courses - the Ian Woosnam 18-hole one and the new 9-hole Pine course.
